So I was browsing through Beatport and stumbled upon Tiefschwarz. Back in 2005, I so loved their Dub version of Spektrum – Kinda New (which I got to know through the DJ set of David Guetta and Joachim Garraud at some club in Paris). So I wanted to buy that version (to replace the illegal one, of crappy sound quality). The picture below shows what I got:

I guess the label which released the remix doesn’t have an agreement with the Belgian music mafia called SABAM.
So even in this Information Age, information isn’t really free. I can buy fucking nine dollar t-shirts overseas, but a 2 dollar song is too much trouble for the music mafia? Well screw you, I’ll get my 320kbps version on some obscure music blog I’ll find on The Hype Machine. Information wants to be free.
